Fibonacci HQ™

Est. 2018 · A London studio · № 1

Websites, done properly.

Professional websites and digital support for independent and heritage businesses. Built in London by an artist-engineer from Imperial College London.

1The problem

What you do is excellent. How it looks online decides whether you’re fully booked — or overlooked.

Built for

  • Country house venues
  • Grade I listed estates
  • Landscape architects
  • Conservationists
  • Yacht charters
  • Sailing clubs
  • Art cafés
  • Galleries
  • Classical musicians

2Mission

Engineered art.

Most websites are beautiful but slow, or they’re fast and clearly built by an engineer who never understood the business. Fibonacci HQ is the rare studio that is both artist and engineer.

  1. Beautiful inside and out

Independent businesses rarely have a quality problem. How they look online decides whether they are fully booked or overlooked. We fix what actually affects you.

  2. Legacy

“Leave no one behind.” Historic work deserves honest, authentic tools online, so technology supports these businesses for decades, not seasons.

  3. Engineered Art

Most sites are pretty but slow on clunky builders, or built by engineers who never understood the business. Ours are led by an artist with an Imperial engineering degree.

Case № 1 · Yacht society · 2025

Imperial Yachting

A club that struggled to fill its trips. The new site walks would-be sailors through the benefits of joining, and answers their hesitations before they ask.

Members, one month after launch · 7 weeks, consultation to live

Membership rose from 42 to 77 in the first month after launch. Every trip has been fully booked since.

8Process

Spiralling outward.

Every number in the sequence is the sum of the two before it. Every step here builds on the last.

  1. Free consultation

A call or a coffee. We learn the business before we touch a pixel.

  2. Research & positioning

Who you serve, who you compete with, and what makes you worth choosing.

  3. Design, with feedback rounds

You see it at every stage. We don’t launch anything you’re not proud of.

  4. Build & quality checks

Hand-built, then tested across devices, speed and search.

  5. Launch

Live, indexed and ready for enquiries.

  6. Ongoing care

Updates and support, so the site keeps working as hard as you do.

55Questions

Asked & answered.

What services do you offer?

We help businesses turn their online presence into sales. Our engineers build custom websites, update Google Business Profiles and tie in your social media audience to improve search ranking and visibility.

What’s your typical project timeline?

Depending on scope, most projects take between 2 to 6 weeks from concept to completion.

What if I’m not happy with the final design?

There are feedback rounds at every stage, so this rarely happens. If it does, we work through it together. We don’t launch anything you’re not proud of.

What are the payment terms and pricing?

It starts with a free consultation. If we go ahead, we agree a clear project outline and split payment across milestones, so you only pay as work is delivered. Pricing is based on value: complete builds typically run from £6k to £20k, and some near pro-bono projects cost a few hundred pounds.

How do I start a project with you?

Book a call or send an email. Then we talk it through, on a call or over coffee.

What tools do you use?

It depends on the business. With eight years across many platforms, we prioritise technical stability that compounds over time. Be wary of “AI firms” promising cheaper, faster sites — and do compare us with other studios. We’re happy to talk it through.
